PRCA Rodeo sanctioned events including Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Calf Roping, Bareback Bronc Riding, Lady's Barrel Racing andBull Riding.

  Avenue that will include bands, groups on horseback, floats, unique automobiles,
  rodeo royalty and more.

July 4 - The Fireworks in Estes Park are the 5th largest in Colorado! Activities start at dusk, usually between 9:30 and 9:45 on the North Shore of Estes Park Lake. Excellent viewing from anywhere around the lake. The Estes Park Firework display has become so popular with people from Denver to Fort Collins, that it can take from two to three time as long to get back to their homes in the front range.


Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival

Get ready for bagpipers, Scottish Highland and Irish Step Dancing in addition to the sport competitiions of caber toss (throwing a telephone pole sized log end to end), sheaf toss, hammer throw, and the stone put.  Traditional jousting competitiions with real weapons and competitors from all over the world!  When you tire of competition you can listen to folk singers, storytellers, and fiddle players.  Eat anything from hot dogs to traditional Cornish pasties.
